1-First GOTO blogger.com then,create a gmail account.If you have then simply log in
2-After signing in click on "NEW BLOG"
3-Write the Title name you want.
4-Type the Address you want for our blog if it is not available,then try some unique address
5-Then,select the template(blog view) you want
6-After,this click on create blog
7-Start posing by clicking the button new post
8-On the overview button you can check the your "pageviews"
9-You can customize your blog layout by clicking on layout button
